Tabboo!, born Stephen Tashjian in 1959 and raised in Leicester, Massachusetts, met with fellow Massachusetts College of Art students Nan Goldin, Jack Pierson and David Armstrong to form the Boston School. In the 1980s, Tabboo! performed at the drag-punk Pyramid Club where he applied his artistic skills to the club’s aesthetic.
Alongside the Tabboo! collaboration, Supreme is also releasing its version of GZA’s classic Liquid Swordz album cover T-shirt, as previewed earlier. An assortment of graphic tees will also release for a total of five fall tees.
Look for all the items above to release online and in the New York, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, London, and Paris stores on September 20th, while Japan sees its stock release two days later on September 22nd. In related news, here are three high fashion Supreme collaborations that could be in the works.
