To protest this year’s President’s Day, Chinatown Market has halted the sale of its products and announced it would only be releasing only one anti-Trump T-shirt. The shirt, which reads, “We will be closed on Monday February 19th in observance of 44 out of our 45 Presidents,” across the front, was shared on Instagram using a picture of Kanye West.
While fans were excited to see Ye wearing the statement piece, others were sceptical, calling out the brand for allegedly Photoshopping an image of the rapper to help promote sales. That being said, the tee has still managed to sell out, but you can see it in more detail over at the brand’s webstore. In related news, Kanye’s Yeezy Season 6 has taken over Times Square. The Instagram screenshots, all of which showcase Kim K clones in action, are sprawled across the advertisement spaces above the Marriott Marquis located at 1535 Broadway. Click here for more info!
