Burberry Unveils A Rainbow Check Scarf In Support Of LGBTQ+ Charities

Burberry’s check scarf has become somewhat of a staple in both the fashion world and British heritage. An instantly recognisable design, the piece is, without a doubt, a modern icon. Now, the British luxury fashion house has taken to Instagram to unveil a rainbow check scarf in support of the LGBTQ+ community.

Initially seen during Christopher Bailey’s final show, all proceeds from its sales are going to Trevor Project, Albert Kennedy Trust, and ILGA World. Burberry included a quote from Bailey in its IG post revealing the move, “My final collection here at Burberry is dedicated to and in support of — some of the best and brightest organisations supporting LGBTQ+ youth around the world. There has never been a more important time to say that in our diversity lies our strength, and our creativity.”
